Professional Background

Marjan Amirtabar is a Registered Nurse, cosmetic nurse and clinical trainer with more than 17 years of nursing experience, including an extensive background in surgical nursing and more than 11 years dedicated to cosmetic aesthetics.

As the founder of Face to Face by Marjan in Leichhardt, Sydney, she provides personalised facial aesthetic consultations with a focus on natural-looking outcomes, facial harmony and long-term skin health. Every treatment plan begins with a comprehensive assessment of facial anatomy, skin quality, facial movement, structural ageing and each patient’s individual goals.

Alongside her clinical practice, Marjan is committed to ongoing professional education and has worked as a clinical trainer, supporting healthcare professionals in developing their knowledge and skills in cosmetic aesthetics.

Clinical Experience and Professional Education

Marjan’s formal nursing education includes a Bachelor of Nursing, postgraduate nursing qualifications and a Master of Nursing. Her clinical background in surgical nursing is complemented by ongoing professional education in facial anatomy, aesthetic medicine, patient assessment and treatment safety.

She regularly undertakes continuing professional development through advanced anatomy education, cadaver workshops, recognised national and international conferences, and evidence-informed aesthetic training to ensure her knowledge remains current and aligned with contemporary clinical practice.
